Escalator breaks down after woman's heel getting trapped in it in China
这是西安地铁皂河站在8月22号上午11点多记录下的一幕，画面中的女乘客正在低头玩手机，电梯快到终点时，女乘客趿（ta）拉着鞋往前走了两步，突然脚下一绊。原来是鞋跟卡停了电梯。好在乘客们反应迅速，没有人员伤亡。女乘客自己试图拿出鞋子，但没有成功，便在电梯口等候工人员处理。
地铁站工作人员试图帮乘客取出鞋跟，但是卡的太深了，所以考虑让扶梯反转，看能不能取出鞋跟，但是由于鞋卡的太死了，并没有能把扶梯顺利开起来。
无奈之下，只好联系电梯维保人员前来处理。女乘客因为有事，在附近商店买了拖鞋穿上先行离开。维保人员赶到现场后，通过拆卸梳齿板才将鞋拿了出来。大约五厘米高，不足一厘米宽的方形鞋跟，基本上全部卡进去，梳齿板已经损坏了。
