Shocking moment toddler walks along concrete ledge four storeys off the ground
This is the terrifying moment a toddler climbed onto a narrow ledge four storeys off the ground.
The youngster was seen stepping over a make-shift barrier before walking along the 30cm wide concrete strip.
At one point he even crawls under a chair while picking up rubbish from the ledge outside a top floor room in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
There did not appear to be any adults in sight as the boy came walked along the terrace, some 36ft above the ground.
Footage from last Tuesday (August 20th) morning shows one boy, without clothes, shuffling back and forth around the narrow ledge as another infant looks on.
He grabbed the garbage bag and began throwing and playing with it to amuse himself while his brother was watching him from the inside, desperately wanted to join him.
Onlooker Pheara Sang, 29, captured the shocking incident and said he did not want to shout at the boy in case it startled him.
Instead, he told neighbours who alerted the parents.
Pheara said the lad was walking on the ledge for more than ten minutes before an adult arrived and took them inside.
Speaking after, he said: ''I was working at the hotel nearby when I looked out and saw the two boys. I was very shocked.
''I wanted to tell their parents but I didn't know them. So I told people living around there to do something. I went back to the hotel and kept watching them.
"Luckily, nothing bad happened but an accident can happen at any time. Every parent should be very careful and should not leave their children unattended."
