This video shows a crane in Halifax spinning precariously in the wind during Hurricane Dorian.

The filmer captured the moment while passing through Halifax on a road trip from his home in Boston, MA.

He said, 'me and somebody else who I met doing the same thing got trapped by the weather, and decided to load up our cars with snacks and fuel and take shelter in a parking garage in downtown Halifax, and watch the storm roll through. As it became darker, my friend heard some creaking noises outside, so we looked out the garage and saw the crane, which had for hours been holding one position, now spinning uncontrollably and repeatedly in the wind, the trunk swaying back and forth.'
