CCTV footage captured the moment a thief stole a phone from a disabled man on a road in Padang, Indonesia.

The video, filmed on September 18, shows two men on a moped pulling up behind the wheelchair user before one of the thieves rips the phone from the victim's grasp.

The case is currently being investigated by Padang City Police.

This incident occurred on September 17 in the afternoon.
