A cool video has emerged from Indonesia of an beginner breathing sport participants named Beni using his hand to break iron plate.

The video, captured in Agam, West Sumatra Province in September 2015 (4 years ago), shows Beni repeatedly trying hard to break iron plate with his bare hands.

But, the hand tools steel plate not broken leaving pain in Beni's hand.

One senior came to show technique. Then break the iron plate in one hit.

Beni said "Senior action that looked arrogant after breaking the iron made my andrenalin encouraged."

Finally, Beni (who is also a martial arts athlete) managed to break the iron plate with his bare hands get applause and congratulations.
