This is a festival usually held in September every year. Is a festival of Vietnamese fishermen. The festival is called "the procession of whales" in English or " Lễ Nghinh Ông" in Vietnamese.
The festival is held for about three days. The main part is the procession of whales of fishermen at sea.
Hundreds of boats will take part in the festival and bring fishermen to the whale temple. The fishermen will dance and sing on boats to pray for favorable weather and the protection of the god of whales.
It is estimated that nearly 70,000 people participated in this festival.
