The 74-years-old woman demonstrates the skill of making handmade ceramics
The woman is a pottery artist from Ninh Thuan Province, Vietnam. She started to learn pottery from her mother when she was young. All ceramics are handmade by her. This is one of the traditional jobs thousands of years old in this area.
In many places, people use turntables to make pottery. However, she did not use a turntable to mold, but she used her own hands to mold pottery pots.
In the video, the Woman is showing her pottery making skills to the tourists. It only took her about 3 minutes to complete a ceramic vase.
The pottery will be transferred to the furnace after the woman completed the shaping process.
