Firemen rescued a three-year-old girl hanging from the seventh-floor window of a residential building in eastern China.

The video, filmed in Zhoushan city in Zhejiang Province on September 20, shows the toddler trapped in the metal bars out of a window on the seventh floor and her grandmother holding onto her.

A fireman, tied by a rope, lowered down from the roof to the sixth-floor window ledge. With the help of other firefighters inside the house, the girl was freed from the bars and carried into the flat.

According to reports, the girl climbed onto the window from her bed and accidentally fell off when her grandmother was doing housework in the kitchen.

Fortunately, the girl was not injured seriously.

9月20日早上9点多，舟山普陀一名三岁小女孩挂在八楼防盗窗上，头部以上卡在铁条上，身子悬空，孩子的外婆从窗户探身出去，奋力抓住孩子，这幅景象，实在让人揪心！
早上9点15分，普陀消防救援大队接到报警，沈家门西大菜场楼上，有一小孩卡在防盗窗里，情况危急。鲁家峙消防中队立刻出动2辆消防车，十余名队员营救。公安、医疗等联动单位一同赶赴现场。
救援人员在现场看到，位于沈家门宫下路九号楼八楼一个钢筋防盗窗内，一名女童卡在里面。只见这名女童头部以下部位卡在防盗窗外面，不停在挣扎，情况紧急。


家里大人发现后用手托住女童的身体，此时女童身体被紧紧卡在空隙中上下不得，无法出来。

悬挂在防盗窗上的是一个3岁的小女孩，孩子嚎啕大哭，一边还喊着“外婆，我抓不住了，我抓不住了”。

现场消防救援人员立即兵分两路，一路队员拿来破拆工具，迅速破拆受困女童家里防盗门，准备进屋营救。


另一路由中队长刘业梁带领队员上到八楼楼顶，打好绳结缓缓下到了防盗窗位置，小心翼翼踩在7楼的防盗窗顶，实施救援。其余消防救援人在其他位置协助，做好现场保护。刘业梁站稳后，轻轻托住女童，不停安慰她。

同时带破拆门进入屋内的队员抱住女童后，用绝缘剪把防盗窗破拆掉一段，随着防盗窗应声而断，女童成功被救出。

据了解，小女孩家住八楼，上午和外婆在家。


外婆说，卧室的床紧贴着窗户，一个没注意，孩子就拉开窗帘爬上了防盗窗。她看到时孩子已经卡住了，赶紧牢牢抓住孩子的身体，等待救援。


据现场询问得知，女童今年只有3岁，事发时外婆正在厨房忙，她独自从床边爬到窗口玩耍。忽然外婆听不到声音了，这才发现外孙女不小心踏空掉落，“悬挂”在窗口了。


幸亏救援及时，经医护人员检查，小女孩并无大碍。
