During lethal floods in the north Indian state of Bihar, a photographer held a unique photoshoot to protest against 'civic apathy' by the authorities.

The people of Patna, the state capital, are facing water-logged streets and houses due to the extensive flooding, so local resident and professional photographer Saurav Anuraj tried to show his form of protest over perceived government inaction.

Anuraj teamed up with fashion student Aditi Singh to shoot on a flooded street in Nageshwar Colony on September 28.

Reports from September 30 have as many as 30 people being reported dead from flood-related causes in Bihar.

State capital of Bihar Patna is reeling under flood and roads and houses are filled with water showing civic apathy in Patna .People of Patna are facing problems due to this flood like water logging . Patna resident and a professional photographer Saurav Anuraj came up with a unique idea to show his anger towards this apathy and did a photo shoot with a fashion designing student Aditi Singh on a flooded roads of Patna .According to Saurav their main motto to do thistype of photo shoot is to aware people and authorities about the problems residents are facing and what authorities are doing at their level . This shoot was done in Nageshwar colony area of Patna on 28th of September
