Police Brutally beats two thieves in Pokhara, Nepal
These two thieves were rounded up by angry locals who caught them mugging poor and old people. They called the police to come and settle the matter, but when the police officer came, he brutally beat them, kicking them over and over again. I talked to several bystanders who all agreed they deserved what they got.
