Several school bus drivers refuse to move for an oncoming ambulance in New York City on October 2.
The bizarre video was filmed on Stanton Street as an ambulance trying to get to the scene of an emergency was blocked off by several school buses.
James Phillips, who filmed this, told Newsflare: "The buses in question sit on this narrow road for hours every day, blocking traffic and refusing to move when asked.
"They have even been seen refusing the pleas of firefighters to let their fire truck through.
"In this video, they are seen ignoring the lights and siren of an ambulance on an emergency call, and refusing to move to let them through."
