Tall steel frames are the trees for birds In Bangkok's concrete jungle
This video captures hundreds of birds coming home to roost on the tall steel frames supporting the giant display boards in one of the shopping malls of Bangkok.
As dusk fell, these birds seemed to be returning home to to rest on these frames for the night, their loud cacophony standing out in the noisy and busy area.
Khun Taan, who was sells flowers in the shopping mall grounds said the birds have made the steel frames their home. 'I've been coming here to sell my flowers for many many years...as far as I can remember, they have always been here....it is like these steel frames are their trees...".
