Motorists drive through flooded road after heavy rain in the Philippines
Footage shows vehicles wading through a flooded road in the Philippines after a heavy thunderstorm at Sta Rosa City in October 2.
Local Marlon Leo said that the people should learn how to dispose of garbage properly to avoid blocking drains and sewers, which leads to flooding after rain storms.
He said: "Plastic trash blocked the sewers so we are left with dirty flood water every time there is heavy rain. This happens to us almost every month. People need to take responsibility for their rubbish.''
