The Extinction Rebellion protester who climbed Big Ben is seen in this jaw-dropping footage clowning around as he perches on the scaffolding.
At one point, he pretended to be falling off the back of the scaffolding. He can also be seen in this footage lying down, fussing with his wig, and waving to people on the ground.
The protester is then seen clambering around the scaffolding as strong winds continued to blow through Westminster.
