Christian Dior plays Chinese patriotic song on Shanghai fashion show's after-party
The luxury brand Christian Dior played a Chinese patriotic song at the after-party of its Shanghai Sping-Summer 2020 runway show on October 19.
A classic Chinese communist song named "Me and My Country" can be heard playing at the fashion show's after-party.
According to reports, Dior apologized after they used a map with the country Taiwan missing just three days before its Shanghai fashion show.
Chinese netizens satirised on Weibo about Dior playing a Chinese patriotic song, one netizen said: "They (Christian Dior) have a strong will to live. They can do anything for money."
Another netizen doubted: "Is the phenomenon really good?"
