Thai woman finds scorpion crawling across the fruit she bought from market
A scorpion was found crawling over the fruit that was bought from a market.
Konnoi Boonmueng took the bunch of Langsat, a sweet and clear type of berry, back to her house in Samut Sakhon, central Thailand.
She laid out the cluster of Langsat on the kitchen table before noticing the lesser brown scorpion scampering across it last Monday (October 14) afternoon.
Konnoi warned people to be more careful when eating Langsat as they might be bitten by a scorpion hiding among their fruit.
She said: "Luckily, I saw it otherwise I would have been bitten. Please check the Langsat carefully before eating it."
