Rialto Fire Department responded to a rollover collision involving a semi. Arriving crews located a tanker truck on it's side spilling a large amount of fuel and blocking the roadway. CHP placed a hard closure for the off ramps and on ramps of the I-10 and Riverside Ave. Hazmat was dispatched to the scene to clean up the fuel and to siphon off whatever fuel was left in the truck before attempting to roll it back on it's tires. The tanker possibly had a full load and half of it was spilling in lanes. It's unknown if any parties were injured or if any were a possible fatality at this time, but Rialto Fire Ambulance was on scene. The cause of the crash is unknown at this time although the recent heavy winds in the IE may have been a factor in the crash. CHP CAD INLAND LOG N. 00968
