This is the dramatic moment a pavement collapsed in northern India sending two men tumbling into a huge pit which opened up beneath the walkway.

Security camera footage captured in the city of Sirohi on Friday (October 25th) shows the pavement suddenly give way and the two men falling into the chasm beneath along with two motorbikes and boxes of merchandise.

The two men were hauled from the pit by locals and taken to hospital where they were treated for their injuries, according to local media.

Local reports said one man was treated for a fractured hand and the other for cramp.

The section of pavement which collapsed was built over a drain, according to local reports.

In Sirohi, Rajasthan a portion of a footpath which was built over a drain collapsed on October 25 in afternoon hours around 12:45 PM . In the video, Two man named Parvez and Nazeer can be seen walking on the street when the footpath suddenly collapses.both the men also fell in the sink hole. Both of them work at the shop that can be seen in the video.according to shop owner prashant,he had also put goods of his shop in front of his shop that also fell in hole,losing him around 1.5 lakh rupees. Prashant further adds that the hole was around of 8 feet and we have to get down to rescue them. It took them around an hour to rescue. Both of them suddenly rushed to hospital after rescue,where one vi Tim and a hand fracture and other had a cramp . The footage got captured at the shop there
