Angry driver stops cars overtaking by driving in middle of both lanes.
Driver gets road rage and drives in the middle of 2 lanes on a dual carriage way to prevent motorists overtaking. There was roadworks up ahead and cars were going slower than usual. The 2 cars in front of mine drove in the middle of 2 lanes for about 3 miles before I took this video, with cars peeping at them almost constantly.
