A 67-year-old woman gave birth to a baby girl after getting pregnant naturally in eastern China and now could be fined for breaking the country's two-child policy.

The video, shot in the city of Zhaozhuang in Shandong Province, shows the woman named Tian delivering a healthy girl by caesarean section on October 25.

The couple, believed to be the country's oldest couple conceived naturally, named their daughter Tian Ci which means a gift from heaven.

However, the couple may be fined of being in violation of the country's two-child policy as the new-born baby girl is their third child.

The local health department said they will deal with the case impartially and objectively.

Tian's husband Huang, who is a lawyer, said he believed they were exempt from the two-child policy as the regulation applies to women who are under 49-years-old.

10月27 日，夫妻俩回应质疑，两 人每月退休金1万多，并不担心抚养问题。女儿曾说要孩子就断绝关系，但他们觉得这 是自己的事，谁反对也没用。

10月29日，黄先生两口带着孩子出院，“老伴儿状态很好，已经能下地走路了，奶水也很好，目前已请了月嫂。” 说起天赐的健康状况，黄先生更是喜上眉梢，“已经从ICU出来了，下午跟我们一起回家。”
