This is the bizarre moment a man casually waded through dangerous floodwater in only a pair of jeans and a coat after a river burst its banks in a city centre.
Eyewitnesses Nick Dyson, 60, said bystanders were speechless when they saw the man on Sunday lunchtime (27/10) walking through the waist high waters in Worcester. Nick, a mental health support worker, said he had been out with his partner taking photos of the swans after extreme weather causing the River Severn to burst its banks.
