A cyclist near Regent's Park, London, confronts a van driver on October 28 who was allegedly using his phone while on the move.

Mike, the filmer, spotted the van driver on the phone and approached the vehicle questioning whether the driver wanted "six points".

The motorist then parks nearby and walks about to Mike while recording him, stating: "If you can film me, I can film you."

The pair then make their way over to the van where Mike attempts to identify the company the driver works for.

Mike, who goes by CyclingMikey on YouTube, told Newsflare: "When confronted about his phone use he said, 'I couldn't give a f***.'

"He then offers to see me for a chat in the park, aka wanting to fight me and parks up.

"Five minutes later comes to film me, which I'm fine with, and then as soon as I point out his company logo on his work fleece, he begins to hold his left arm to cover it in shame.

"I walk over to his van, film some timesheets to get the company name and logo and email the company. The phone driver tells me he is the boss."
