A young Thai student wore a Chucky the clown costume to mark Halloween today. The teenager showed off his impressive impression of the iconic character at a shopping mall in the capital Bangkok. The centre laid on a special 'haunted village' marking Halloween for people in the area to visit and enjoy with their children. Local drama students wandered around in terrifying costumes including zombie Thai female dancers, haunted nuns, witches and possessed asylum patients. A ghost Buddhist monk and 'fallen angel' were some of the traditional Asian figures giving a special Halloween twist. Despite being an American festival, Halloween has also become a regular event in Thailand with many locals taking the opportunity to dress up.
