No lights, no helmets, no license plates: Hooded youths on mopeds weave through Manchester traffic on Halloween night, hitting cars
I was in my articulated HGV waiting in standing traffic in Manchester City centre , I heard in the distance lots of motorbike engines approaching from behind.
Then many bikes appear as if from nowhere and speed past my vehicle and those ahead of me carelessly / Dangerously , many had no lights fitted or indicators , no number plates but worst of all many riders only had a hoodie on and no helmet on.
I also noticed the last rider had a helmet on but on the top was a go-pro camera so my guess is that they're likely uploading this footage to you-tube because riding like this and gangs is a huge issue apparently in city's.
