Heroic man saved a boy after he jumped into a pond for fun in eastern China.

In the video, filmed in the city of Suzhou in Jiangsu Province on November 3, a boy playing on the side of a pond suddenly jumped into the water.

The boy's mother witnessed the incident and ran to check the boy as well as asking for help from a man named Zhao who is fishing nearby.

Zhao then jumped into the water immediately. He took the boy out of the water and delivered him to the people on the shore before coming out of the water.

Thanks to Zhao's quick reactions, the boy was not injured.

The boy's father said he took her son to swim several times so he was not afraid of water.
