Tourists In Terror As Killer Whales Surround Shark Cage Diving Boat
Cage diving tourists in South Africa soon found themselfs biting off more than they could chew when a pod of Orcas (killer whales) intruded on there shark cage dive. Killer whales and great white sharks are the apex predators of the ocean and are known to come into conflict with each other especially in South Africa. However nether predator seemed to show aggression towards the other.
Frantic screams from both tourists and boat crew alike accompanied the tens sighting as the two apex predators swam closer and closer together. There is little known about the relationship between orcas and great white sharks and witnessing events like these are incredibly rare.
