A group of elderly women from Magelang, Indonesia, embark on a 1-kilometre journey each day where they collect and sell stones.

Filmed on November 7, the footage shows the women's journey to the Progo River where they collect stones on the riverbank.

After gathering the rocks, the women then make the journey back to their village with around 30-kilograms on their back.

The workers then crush the stones and store them into 50-kilogram sacks which are sold for around £0.14 per bag.
