A bizarre delicacy from Vietnam of "fetal duck" eggs was shown off in this video from Vietnam.

Balut egg is a popular Vietnamese snack, but has the ghoulish image of eating an intact duck fetus rather than a usual egg yolk, complete with beak, feathers and feet as seen in this video from November 9.

The dish is eaten much like a boiled egg, only once the shell is broken open the infant bird is eaten with a knife and fork.
