Amazing model of Covent Garden market made out of gingerbread gets shoppers into festive spirit
A four-foot-long gingerbread model of London's Covent Garden market made by the bakers from Biscuiteers went on public display on November 11th.
Weighing in at 10-kilograms including five-kilograms of icing it took over 100-hours to bake and assemble the model complete with shop signs and festive details.
The model of Covent Garden market is unveiled in before the big Christmas light switch-on today (12th November).
