Prince Andrew to face civil sex assault case after US court ruling
Prince Andrew is set to face a civil sex assault case after a New York judge ruled on January 12 that the claim could be heard.
The Duke of York's lawyers said the case should be thrown out after citing a deal Virginia Giuffre signed in 2009 with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Giuffre - then called Virginia Roberts - has alleged she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew when she was 17, on the orders of Jeffrey Epstein. The Prince categorically denies the claims.
One allegation against the Prince centred around a claim the pair partied at Tramps nightclub and that he sweated profusely while dancing.
