Chinese men forced to repeatedly climb over guardrails by police after breaking traffic regulations
Chinese men were forced to repeatedly climb over guardrails by police after breaking traffic regulations in central China.
The funny moment, filmed in the city of Luohe in Henan Province on November 16, shows two men repeatedly climbing over a guardrail from one side to the other side while the police watch them.
The two men can also be heard counting the times that they climbed over the guardrail.
According to reports, the two men were caught by traffic police when they climbed over the guardrails at a crossing.
Since they did not admit their wrongdoing, the police then forced them to do the action again and again until they became aware of the importance of obeying the traffic regulations.
