This is the moment a pervert was caught on camera allegedly stealing knickers from the same house - for the tenth time.

Aphichat Boontong, 28,was first arrested in 2014 after making off with a pair of lady's underpants that were hanging out to dry.

He was released but returned eight more times - each time being busted by CCTV outside the home in Chanthaburi, eastern Thailand.

Despite continued warnings, he returned on Tuesday (19/11) to steal more knickers for the tenth time, a year since he was last caught in 2018.

CCTV shows the man sneakily removing the panties from the hangers in the laundry area with his face completely covered by a mask in order not to be recognised.

Female resident Jaru Chushauy, 52, said she installed CCTV at her house to catch the thief and found it was the same person each time.

Jaru said that she lives in the house with her two younger, beautiful, relatives. She handed the footage to police.

She said: ''I'm so angry that the same man keeps stealing the nickers. We put cameras outside the hosue and he has been arrested, but he still does it.

''It's disgusting and we can't afford to keep buying new underwear.''

Chanthaburi police identified the suspect based on the surveillance footage and caught him the next day and he admitted stealing knickers. He was fined and released.
