Hong Kong office workers gathered in Exchange Square near Kowloon Bay on Wednesday (November 27) for a "Lunch With You" protest.

Workers were singing "Glory to Hong Kong" as they crossed intersections to avoid riot police and cause traffic disruption during their lunch hour.

Today, another format of "Lunch with you" protest took place in Kowloon Bay, with office workers descending in the street and crossing repeatedly the intersection to evade the presence of riot police who were there to avoid a repeat of the traffic interruption which took place yesterday. Towards the end, the protesters starting singing "Glory to Hong Kong", their protest anthem as a lone harmonica accompanied their song.

Despite the district council elections of Sunday 24 November giving an overwhelming majority to the pan-democrat opposition in Hong Kong, the Chief Executive, Carrie Lam refused any further concession on the "five demands" of the protesters.
