A bull created havoc on the roads of a central Indian for around eight hours before being contained jointly by local authorities and people.

According to locals, the bull was bitten by a infected dog, attacked more than 35 people on the roads of Dindori, Madhya Pradesh on December 1, ramming into anyone in its path.

A brave filmer followed the bull partially on its rampage through the main district road, and tried to scare it off when it attacked a woman at a market stall.

People can later be seen running and closing their house gates on spotting the bull running into their area.

Three people were severely injured in the bull attack and are under treatment at the district hospital. The bull later died from a combination of infection and exhaustion from its rampage.
