Herd of wild elephants chase after villagers in rural east India

On 3rd of December around 9 AM in Morning , a herd of around 60 elephants entered the habitat area of Numaligarh in Golaghat .

Villagers gathered and started making noises to make elephants get out of the habitat areas ..elephants got aggressive and were seen shouting and chasing the villagers ..villagers were seen running away from aggressive elephants .

Wild elephants made large damage to the people of shyamrai pur of Numaligarh. More than 60 elephants has been continuously making severe damages to the natives of the area.

They destroying rice paddy fields, houses,crops brutally. Their destruction terrifies the people. Wild elephants enter in the habitat area in day time also. Noteworthy that the forest workers unable to control or to drive away the elephants.
