A skilled street chef cooked "Jumping Noodles" in south Vietnam, by tossing noodles into the air while they boil.

The chef, filmed on June 26, owns a small noodles restaurant in Ba Ria Province, and is famous for his skills at making the dish.

To make the dish, the chef heats the noodles in boiling water and then uses a large spoon to juggle them in the air several times.

According to the chef, this helps the noodles dry quickly and prevent the from coming off and sticking together.

Many visitors come to the restaurant to see the chef's ability to juggle and cook. Each bowl of jumping noodles is priced from $1.50 USD to $3 USD depending on the size.
