Two neighbours in Duluth, Minnesota, look on in disbelief as a passing truck pushes snow back onto the sidewalk they just spent 20-minutes clearing.

The footage filmed on December 3 shows the neighbours watch on powerlessly as the approaching vehicle shoves the heaps of snow back into the trench the men dug out.

The filmed told Newsflare: "A road grater comes by and pushes a bunch of snow onto a freshly cleared sidewalk. A man is disappointed.

"We cleared the block, took about 20 minutes. After the plow came through clearing the packed snow took about 2 hours.

"It was amazing how much snow piled up, but they gotta clear the streets. The thing is, we don't know when the plow is going to come through, and it had been two days since the snowfall. We gotta clear the sidewalk to get mail."
