Sss-sleepy head! Large albino python has to be woken up
Footage shows the moment a sleepy python is woken up by its owner.
Thanapat Ketpon took a nap beside his 7ft long pet snake that he has been raising for two years in Bangkok, Thailand.
Footage taken by his friend Piyakan Teppitak on October 12 shows how Thanapat stroked the python to wake it up from a nap.
Pikayan said that they had to wake the python, named Khaimook, because they were heading out and worried that if the python woke up alone it could destroy things in the house.
He said: "Thanapat and his beloved python Khaimook took a nap side by side then Thanapat was up and prepared to go out but the python was still asleep.
"We planned to go out but we needed to move Khaimook back to the cage first otherwise he could destroy things in the house if no one was around."
