This New York-based server demonstrates an unconventional life hack when catering for large groups of guests this Christmas.
Video shows the talented server stacking the napkins before using a clenched fist and then her elbow to create an oddly satisfying spiral pattern.
The filmer told Newsflare: "My manager at a restaurant that I work at showed me this spiral napkin life hack she learned in banquets!"
The cool video, which received over 30,800 upvotes on Reddit, also attracted online criticism.
"To prevent contaminating the napkins you can just use a glass!" one person commented.
"I always used a clean coffee mug or glass, personally. Works just as well," another wrote.
The filmer hit back: "She says that’s why you throw the first couple away!"
