I've missed a delivery that I wasn't expecting due to zero notification from parcel force, this courier was being using very strong foul language as he wasn't able to make the delivery, My mother in law was at home with my 1 year old daughter at the time and this was a very scary experience for them to hear someone shouting down the letter box and swearing outside the property. She didn't hear the bell but as the courier was shouting down the letter box she decided not to answer the door due to the amount of home robbery happening around this festive period, it's better to be safe than sorry around this time of the year.

I am very disappointed with the parcel force staff, an utterly disgusting behaviour from the courier.
