Lamb stops stray dog on street and drinks milk from its udder
In a curious turn of events, a lamb stopped a stray dog on the street and drank milk from its udder on December 27 in Angul in eastern India.
The lamb was probably hungry as its mother was busy feeding. It noticed a dog passing by whose udder was filled with milk. The lamb ran to the dog and started milking it.
The dog, which had given birth to a few pups in the vicinity, stood patiently and let the lamb drink to its fill.
Sarat Kumar Rout, who filmed the incident, said " The dog just stood there and behaved like the lamb’s mother. I had never seen anything like that in my life."
