This is the moment the front portion of the entire railway station building is seen collapsing as crowd of spectators watch and film it helplessley in Bardhamman, West Bengal, India.

The video from 4th January around 8 PM shows a portion of the structure coming down heavily as the crowd runs back to save themselves from the flying debris.

A few people from the crowd is heard shouting in Bengali, "Come back or else you will be trapped."
In the meantime he finishes his statement, the already cracked pillars are seen giving away to the weight of the sturcture resulting the collapse.

At least 2 people have been reported dead while several others are left injured in the incident.

They were rushed to the Burdwan Medical college soon after the incident occured.

A rescue team was rushed to the spot to find for victims if any trapped under the debris.

The incident occurred only in the portion where a construction work was going on.

The incident occurred during the office peak hours and hence the railways have also launched a helpline number for people who want to find out about their missing relatives or friends.
