Villagers in northern India, with the help of the local wildlife department, managed to rescue a bear that had scurried up a tree in Verinag on January 5.

The wildlife department employees managed to shot the bear with a tranquillizer dart and caught the animal with a net as it fell out of the tree.

The crowd of people in Verinag area of Anantnag Distric Jammu and Kashmir India.On Sunday when a terrifying Wild Bear suddenly appeared in Redsintial area which caused a choas among the people. on chasing him he went upto the tree for shelter. The forest officals on getting information reached the spot & Rescued the the wild bear by tanqusalizer it on the tree & it fell on the nets which forest offical were holding.
As a result many people have suffered from the wrath of the wild beasts, and the wild beasts have also done a great deal of damage to the fruit orchards,
The wild Bear was & later release to nearby forest by forest official.
