Slug Caterpillar Covered In Dozens Of Parasitic Eggs
This is the gruesome moment a caterpillar crawled along rocks while dozens of parasitic eggs were attached to its back.
The creature emerged in a restaurant garden as a family ate their dinner in Nan, northern Thailand, on December 29.
Video shows the furry insect, believed to be a slug caterpillar, acting a host for the white eggs from a predatory insect.
Filmer, Champion, said: "The worm landed on my son's shoulder at first then we brushed it off, but it did not harm my kid. I was so curious what creature it might be."
