Tourist leaves rental scooter hanging upside down after crashing in Bali
This is the aftermath of a scooter that smashed into a store window in Kuta, Bali on January 6 when an inexperienced tourist tried to ride it.
Local Balinese woman Maria Simataw said that the driver, who is said to be a Russian tourist, was taken to the hospital.
She said: "The police also came to investigate. I believe he is going to be in trouble after he gets out of the hospital."
The incident happened in the popular Matahari Kuta Square where tourists flock to get handicrafts, Bali shirts, bags, shoes, and other items from the Indonesian island.
