Chinese cook carves vivid animals out of tofu blocks
A talented cook carved vivid images of animals out of tofu in southern China.
The impressive video, shot in the city of Xiamen in Fujian Province on September 20, shows the cook named A Cai using a knife to carve two pieces of tofu in the water into the shape of a rooster and fish respectively.
A Cai said it needs around three hours to complete one such image.
