Thanks for the amazing service of the team at Nook in Aloft KL Sentral and hands on customer focused service. This is yet another example of this - an on the fly creation by the Sous Chef.
I would go to the Nook restaurant for their amazing and varied buffet most nights I was in KL. One night the Sous Chef asked me if i wanted to try out a new idea he had for their noodle soups. I normally dislike seafood, but the creation he came up with had me go back for seconds!
