Paragliding pilot loses control and crashes into parking lot in northern India
Horrifying moment paragliding pilot lost control and crashed into a parking lot during the Republic Day celebration in the north Indian state of Himachal Pradesh.
The incident took place on January 26 in the state’s Bilaspur district.
Visuals show the pilot trying to unsuccessfully steer the wings of glider against the currents of the wind.
The flyer is seen circling around the parade ground, navigating his aircraft when it suddenly crashes to the ground.
According to the reports, the paragliding stunt was a part of the Republic Day event.
The injured man was immediately taken to the nearby hospital and is undergoing medical treatment.
