Community activist calls on President Cyril Ramaphosa to take action on behalf of women
Community activist Venetia Orgill, speaking outside Athlone Magistrate’s Court, has called on President Cyril Ramaphosa to take action to end the murder of women and children in South Africa.
Venetia had come to support Jill and Paul Cremer, the brother and mother of murdered equestrian Meghan Cremer. The Cremer family had come from Knysna to attend the court appearance of the three men accused of murdering Meghan in 2019.
