This is the adorable moment a pet dog took a liking to a visiting student nurse and refused to let her leave.

Snook Natinee, 19, went to the home as part of a community health project on Tuesday (Jan 28) in a village in Songkhla, southern Thailand.

She formed an instant bond with the Golden Retriever, named Money, that was living inside the home with his owner.

Footage from one of Snook's classmates shows the clingy pooch reaching through the shutters at the front of the home and grabbing Snook's jacket with its teeth.

The dog kept hold of the young girl and tried to pull her back inside.

Snook said: "Money wanted me to go back inside. He was not happy that we were leaving. I enjoyed petting him inside the house and he was very loving. I didn't know that he would be so attached.''
